Great location for public transport. Clean, comfortable.

Pros: I've stayed here four times now. The location is great, next to the Port Authority Bus Terminal and close to entries to the 42nd St subway station as well as to some bus stops. Staff fine and responsive, room quiet if on the upper levels.

Pros: Friendly staff; great location adjacent to the Port Authority Bus Terminal and entries to the 42nd St subway so easy to get around. There was a Pret around the corner. Clean, comfortable rooms.

Cons: I am not sure whether what I did not like could be modified. It might be well be impossible. In any case it is generic to NYC. The point is, the hotel, like almost all hotels in Manhattan, is a skycrapper with 32 floors and 10 rooms by floor. It is impossible to heat such a large and tall structure using central heating like in Europe which means that heating is performed through an air conditioning unit in each bedroom. It is not the best and we got a cold in the first three days we spent there. So, I would like to warn the travellers they better be cautious when they sleep in winter time and I would advise a scarf and to be sure to turn on the air conditioner in heating mode. Once again, I think it is a problem generic to this kind of structure and not particularly to the Delta Hotel.

Pros: The hotel is very central, in the middle of New York City (midtown), about 2 blocks from Times Square and just in front of the Port Authority Bus Terminal (which is a local landmark).

Cons: Heating: it is not easy to heat a 32 floor building.

Pros: The views from the hotel were amazing at night. The hotel is very centrally located

Pros: This hotel is truly amazing! This was my second stay here, and once again the staff were incredibly understanding and wonderful. They’re always so helpful and make you feel comfortable. The room was clean and well-maintained, just like last time. Overall, another great experience. Thank you so much!

Great location and comfortable room

Pros: Friendly staff- great location and nice clean room. Very good and accessible charging ports

Cons: The shower did not have a door or curtain so the whole bathroom got rather wet when showering

Pros: The rooms was spacious and had everything we needed. Staff was super helpful and friendly. We even had a 25$ credit that we could spend on food and drinks. The location was also perfect for us. We did all the first time sight seeing and we could reach everything is max. 30 min by bike or subway. It is a great place to start exploring NYC.

Cons: Even though we were on the 30th floor we could still hear sirens and noise from the street. Also the elevator and people talking in the hall were noisy. I am not really that bothered by it, but for people who have light sleep it might be disturbing.
