Pros: Marcelo was great host. On first day he let us to check in couple hours earlier. House was clean and tidy. On the corner of the street is great bakery shop, where you can eat for cheap. Train station to New York and Newark airport is 10mins walking.

Cons: Nothing specific.

Pros: Il you don't want to spend too much for a hotel in NYC and you have the patience to take a 45 minutes bus or 30 minutes train to Manhattan, this solution is perfect and the host in a great person

Marcelo host is very friendly and the place is really clean!

Pros: Marcelo was a really responsive host and everything we needed was at the apartment .

Cons: The only concern would be if you do not speak Spanish the shops and all the places around barely speak English however we got around just fine and the food outlets around are really good. We had the best Portuguese!

New York trip

Pros: I like the apartment. It's clean and well ventilated. Will all the facilities that you and family will ever need. Food is available nearby. Texeira bakery is incredible

Cons: The parking was a nightmare. Owner unable to assist as he does not drive. We were on a rented car and side road parking is full of terms. It's scary and we even got a summon. We parked the car whole day and just took train to new York City. The area is not safe in evenings but day time is OK.

Pros: Everything! Great size, it is a very spacious apartment. The kitchen is new and very comfortable to use. The neighbourhood is very intercultural with loads of Spanish, Italian and Portuguese restaurants and shops

Cons: There was some background noise (the road, the fridge and squeaky floors), but overall very good!

Cons: One bed was little uncomfortable and made little noises whenever move. But it's OK.
