Pros: Excellent location to Independence Hall, Liberty Bell and Rocky Steps. Staff very friendly, helpful and bag storage option was great.

Pros: Nice location, rooms were clean, staff seemed helpful.

Cons: By European standards the breakfast was bad. The beds and pillows should have been replaced propably a couple of years ago. The room was noisy due to air conditioning unit in the room and the units for the whole building were located under our window.

A GREAT spot in Philly.

Pros: The location is 2nd to none. Central and close to everything. The rooms are large, comfortable and well equipped although most have a poor view. Most staff are excellent especially Matthew on front desk who was polite super helpful and very professional. Went to Maggianos Italian downstairs was great.

Cons: TV remote and set up was poor.

Good location with space for families

Pros: Good location. Plenty of space in room. Breakfast was basic but good and enough choice. Great for family. Right across from reading terminal market

Cons: Slightly noisy at nighttime but city centre location. Reception did offer ear plugs if needed.

Pros: The staff was very responsive. The location is great.

Cons: The breakfast was somehow poorly organized, everything was on disposable utensils and either the juice machine or yogurt machine was out of order.

Wonderful stay

Pros: Nice and helpful staff, cooktop available on request, have microwave in the room is awesome, huge fridge as well. Definitely good value for money, clean and convenient location.
