Pros: The host Ed was very nice, welcoming, made me feel very comfortable. I look forward to renting from him again.

Great apartment and good value.

Pros: The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. We expected it to be noisy, but it turned out to be surprisingly quiet — we really loved that!

Cons: Only two duvets were provided, but there were four of us — two adults and two children.

Pros: The place is in a great location, it was clean, communication with the host was good.

Cons: A few things could be improved – e.g. the doors to most rooms stick and require a lot of force to close completely – closing them also made quite a lot of noise. The room facing the street was also quite noisy; there wasn't much in the way of soundproofing – I guess there must be gaps around some of the windows because one could hear everything going on in the street. All in all a very good stay though, I think – I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the place.

Spacious and complete appartment at only 10 minsfoem the center.

Pros: Perfect location , 10 mins walk from City Center and city hall. Apartment looks dated from the outside but the inside makes it all up. We had two separate bedrooms so perfect for a family with two kids. It offered a fully equipped kitchen, free WiFi and a washing and dryer machine to use. Very convenient.

Cons: Since it is in the heart of DC parking needs to be done in one of the public parking facilities. Approx. $39 for an overnight stay.

Pros: Quiet neighbourhood, walking distance to city center and main sights, close to many shops, hassle-free coded locks (apartment and building entrance), large TV screen, handheld shower head (very rare in the US).

Cons: Very difficult to find parking place (trade-off for central location).
