Charming Home In Heart of City With King Size Bed!

Surprisingly quiet nice equipped downtown appartement

Pros: The bed, kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The location was great although from the outside it wasn’t looking that good but inside was great. And it was quiet. The host was very helpful and reacted always immediately.

Cons: The extra parking costs.

Great stay in a great city! Next time we will stay longer.

Pros: The location is great! The property is located in center city and the old city is in a nice walking distance. The city hall and Reading Terminal Market are very close. Additionally, there are several lively bars and excellent jazz clubs close to the property. It is worth mentioning that there is a stop of Phlash tourist bus that serves all major sites and monuments in Philly at 12th and Market streets.

Clean apartment in convenient area.

Pros: We liked the convenient location. The AC was great. The apartment was very clean. The coffee was fresh.

Cons: The noise from the nightclub downstairs was unpleasant as were the drunk screaming people in the street, but we did not hear it from the bedroom. That block seemed a little questionable. We did not appreciate that the address and the actual location were not the same. You don’t know the bait and switch until two or three days prior to arrival. It should be noted that the sofa bed is best for a child and not an adult.

Perfect accommodation....

Pros: Clean, comfortable rental. Everything was perfect. Close to restaurants and a few tourist/ historical sites. Easy check-in, I would definitely recommend.

Cons: It's a busy area with a bar opposite/ noises expected outside but didn't like the late night noises on the stairs and from the apartment above.

It was a wonderful stay, very nice location and very clean place.

Pros: The property was very clean and well maintained. I loved the location of the property right in the heart of Philadelphia. The location is perfect!

Cons: My only concern was that the door entrance faced an ally and I was traveling with my 15 year old daughter.

Pros: Die Lage ist großartig, genau zentral genug, um alle interessanten Punkte der Stadt zu erreichen, aber kaum Autoverkehr, da es eine Seitenstraße ist.

Cons: Je nachdem, wie empfindlich man ist, könnte das Brummen der Klimaanlage/Heizung im Schlafzimmer etwas unangenehm sein. Für mich nicht relevant, für meine Frau war es etwas störend.

Pros: It was close to restaurants, shopping and nightlife.

You feel right in the Heart of Philly

Pros: The location was amazing, I could walk everywhere and there were so many restaurants and coffee shops around. The apartment had everything and very modern

Cons: The only thing i had a hard time with was the entrance to the apartment, it was a side street across from a bar and there are dumpsters and empty lots, in fact when i arrived my taxi driver did not want to let me off because there were men from the bar all hanging in the street. I wish also that the door had a dead bolt on it for extra protection.
