Perfect.

Pros: I liked everything, especially the cleanliness, comfort, organization, and aesthetics.

Cons: I have nothing to complain about.

Professional hosts, nice flat with minor issues

Pros: This is a modern, spacious apartment in middle of Philly's center city. Very nice area indeed. The bed was comfortable and both the kitchen area and the bathroom met my expectations. The communication with the rental company has always been professional and quick. Thank you for that. I appreciated that they quickly resolved both of my major issues (loud neighbors and the demaged curtains).

Cons: My only problem was the noise. The walls between the units are thin and the isolation of the windows was problematic. Ear plugs are recommended as the flat is situated close to pubs and night clubs.

Pros: Clean place, great location, staff were accommodating through booking.com and responsive.

A nice aprtment in a pretty neighbourhood

Pros: A lovely 1st floor studio apartment in a pretty neighbourhood. Its high ceilings make it seem even more spacious. Comfortable huge bed. Microwave, small refrigerator, induction hob, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery all included. Big tv, Wi-Fi and small table with 'bar' stools for sitting. Very spacious bathroom, with hairdryer.

Cons: Noise from people on the street at night can be disturbing. And I think a herd of elephants were occupying the apartment above because at times the noise of them walking about was quite loud. The heavy block-out curtains have seen better days and really need to stay pulled shut most of the time if you want privacy from people in the building across the road. These should be replaced with a dual track system -- sheer curtains to give privacy and allow light in during the day and block-out curtains to be drawn at night.

Pros: What you see is what u get. Great location and good for a small stay. Clean and comfortable.

Guter Aufenthalt für unseren Kurztrip

Pros: Sehr großes Zimmer mit moderner Einrichtung in zentraler Lage in einem schönen Altbau. Bequemes, großes Bett. Schneller und freundlicher Kontakt bei Nachfragen.

Cons: Generell könnte das Zimmer nochmal ausgebessert werden, z.B. die Duscharmaturen befestigen, die lose an der Wand hingen, oder die Bettlaken austauschen, die ein paar kleinere Flecken oder Löcher hatten. Etwas lauter nachts, durch die Lage direkt an der Straße.

Thena hotel has great management and I thoroughly enjoyed my visit :D

Pros: I loved the security of the property as well as the natural lighting during the day. The amenities such as huge plasma screen tv, waterfall shower and strong WIFI.

Cons: I didn’t like the constant honking of cars.

Comfortable

Pros: The bed was great, extremely comfortable room, walking distance from most things worth seeing in Philly
