Modern 2BR 2BA Apartment with rooftop in Brewerytown

Pros: We found this apartment to be very spacious and well equipped. We only stayed for a few days, but had a nice stay. Having free, unrestricted parking was very convenient.

Great spacious apartment

Pros: The apartment is very spacious and nicely equipped. There is everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom, and all the appliances are high quality. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and communication with the landlord was great as well.

Cons: Unfortunately, the walls are quite thin, so you can hear neighbours opening doors, talking etc. Sometimes I'd wake up because someone returned home late. I'd recommend having a car, because walking to the city center takes > 50 minutes, and public transport is not so good in Philadelphia.

Clean spacious apartment, great hosts, less than desirable area

Pros: Detailed instructions were great to get keys. There was parking on street. Apartment was very nice and clean. Super spacious.

Cons: The area is not appealing at all. Very dirty, lots of noise below us with domestic issues and the neighbors on first floor were very loud throughout both nights. You could not safely walk anywhere in my opinion.

Modern Apartment with a Great Value and Amazing Host!

Pros: El departamento exelente, pero la zona horrible con gente fumando marihuana y con cara de pocos amigos. La primer noche no pudimos dormir por el ruido escandaloso que había en el edificio producto de una reunión con musica fuerte y a los gritos. No volvería.

Pros: Very clean. Air Conditioning was great. Apartment is very generous size. Good host, good response time and easy check in and out. Plenty of room for 4 at least. Roof terrace is cool. Absolutely would recommend. Beds soft for a big person but comfortable enough. Discount Grocery store close by walking distance was great well stocked and handy. Takes a minute or two to get hot water in the shower but once it warms up there’s plenty of hot water and great pressure too. Appliances are great. Loved having ice maker. Drip coffee maker worked great. Kitchen pretty well stocked but could use a few more sharp knives, scissors, and a sheet pan. Bathrooms great. Laundry and all appliances clean and new. TV was huge and easy to navigate but good to bring a streaming device or login to your own accounts.

Cons: Area is pretty sketchy at night but we walked home from The Met after a Saturday concert and had no issues, and found it safe enough. Especially due to the sketchy neighbourhood the door lock on the apartment is inadequate and frankly unacceptable. Needs a deadbolt to be secure. Blinds are not great and windows let in lots of noise but it didn’t bother us at all. Could use a little more furniture in TV area if 4 guests are staying. Complaints are reaching a bit because besides the door lock we loved everything.

Pros: It was clean, spacious and cozy! It felt like we were home. The apartment has everything you need. The roof top access was nice to relax and enjoy the busy sounds of the city. We walked about 22 minutes to the Philadelphia museum of art and grabbed some delicious pizza and pasta from Angelinos on our walk home.
