Pros: The best booking my wife and I have ever been to, Ray's attention was the best from the beginning to the end of our stay. He made it easy for us and indicated what we needed for the city. The best of all is the space and the art that he has in his apartment, the apartment is exceptional, I would definitely come back. It has the best location to move in Philadelphia, supermarkets very close, car parking is a plus that no one has. The center of the city is only a few blocks away walking. We found it extremely safe even at night. Also ray let us do late checkout without any problem, we let him know the same day if we could do it. People like Ray are not easy to find. A host rated 10

Pros: The duplex is tasteful and wonderful. Even though the area is a little run down, the duplex is in a quiet street and it's a short walk to Market Street. The large windows let in the evening sun. For Philadelphia an important point: parking is free.

Best bang for your bucks !

Pros: The Suite was very clean and nice. There was a lot of restaurant near the suite. And there was a parking for our car wich is perfect. Everything was close, restaurants, grocery, subway,etc. A+++

Big suite. Clean and Comfortable.

Pros: We hired a car during our stay which was convenient to travel around the city and there was always a parking spot available. The suit was very clean and tidy. I was so grateful to be able to have a cup of tea in the morning and have a large fridge to store items. The hosts were very responsive via email to any enquires I had. The suite was very large, and we had plenty of space of store our bags.

Cons: The only things I would comment on is access to the suite which is on a higher level. As there was no elevator, we had to drag our heavy bags up multiple sets of stairs. There was also no antenna to the TV where we could watch local TV. We were stuck watching Netflix.
