Spacious and Brand New Apartment in Point Breeze - Prime Location

Would recommend!

Pros: Newly renovated very clean. Lots of dining easy to walk to.

Cons: The property itself was great. I feel we got fortunate with being able to find parking.

Cons: The lack of blackout curtains and that the default temp on the ac was 76

Pros: Alles, wirklich alles!! Es war spitze! Ein wunderbares Apartment! Sehr, sehr nette Gastgeber, die einen problemlosen Check in Vorgang ermöglichten. Das Apartment an sich verdient eigentlich wesentlich mehr als fünf Sterne. Hervorragend ausgestattet, sehr geräumig, super sauber und alles drin was man braucht. Waschmaschine,Trockner, Kaffeemaschine, Herd, Mikrowelle, Fernseher und vor allem Klimaanlage. Auch die Lage der Wohnung ist hervorragend. Einige Bushaltestellen in der Nähe, somit kann man Philadelphia in alle Richtungen erkunden. Ich werde noch lange an diesen schönen Trip denken und hoffe, dass ich bald nach Philly zurückkehren kann. Definitiv werde ich mich wieder in diese Unterkunft einbuchen. Ganz, ganz herzlichen Dank an Sophia und ihren Mann!

This apartment was exceptionally clean, very modern, and the location was decent.

Pros: I loved how clean and modern this apartment felt. I have never stayed anywhere more clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The accommodations were a big plus! We loved having free water and coffee and the balcony was also very nice for some fresh air.

Cons: I did not like the couch. It would have been nice to have a couch that you could relax on and kick your feet up. Though it’s not a deal breaker, it would also be nice to have a TV in the bedroom.

Good location & price for sports enthusiasts

Pros: The property is well located if you’re in Philadelphia for sports entertainment. We walked to the Lincoln Financial Field (about 50 min) but public transport would also have been a great option. The property is super clean and perfect for groups of 3 or 4. Easy communication, easy to find and easy to get in. Nice shower as well!

Cons: We would have appreciated a little more cozyness by adding a small sofa to watch tv or by adding TVs in the bedrooms. Also, dishcloths would be useful in the kitchen! Finally, ensuring the blinds ca go all the way down in the windows would be appreciated, as it remains pretty light in the masters as it is. Note that your hear the street noise pretty well in the appartment. But past 11 the neighborhood is relatively calm.

Very cozy, modern and cool neighborhood.

Pros: The apartment was very spacious, modern, clean and well stocked. The area was really quaint and had hip and delicious restaurants. We also enjoyed walking to the Keith Haring mural. The owners were lovely and very helpful.

Cons: We couldn’t find any corner stores or grocery stores open in the evenings in walking distance of the apartment except for one tiny place.
