Great clean room for price. Location is excellent if you need to be in the Chadds Ford area.

Pros: Clean and simple loft room. Nice bathroom. The food at the Bier Haul restaurant is excellent. The German Chocolate Cake is AMAZING!

Cons: There could have been a small desk in the room to allow for a workspace.

Awesome location with everything you need at an amazing price

Pros: The location is amazing! It was so close to the family we were visiting, it was fun to be above the bar/restaurant, and it was easy to come and go. The bathroom is a little small but honestly perfectly fine AND everything looked so new and clean. There was a Keurig in the room--we didn't have any coffee but it smelled delicious. I loved the communal \

Cons: I wish the sheets on the bed had been just a touch nicer. I wasn't expecting luxury or anything but these were just a touch too scratchy. Since it's not a standard hotel building, the air can't be controlled by room, but rather the whole building. I'm the type of person who runs hot at night so I think a fan would be an excellent addition to the room.
