Séjour d'une semaine à New-York.

Pros: L'hospitalité, la disponibilité et la réactivité de Sam (l'hôte) qui est toujours joignable et prêt à rendre service ainsi que l'emplacement (20-25 minutes de New-York en bus). Le quartier est sympa et relativement calme avec beaucoup de commerce à proximité, bien desservi en bus.

Cons: Le canapé-lit est un peu petit.

Pros: Struttura pulita ed accogliente. Il quartiere è tranquillo e fornito di servizi come lavanderia e supermercato. La posizione è ottima a 20 minuti dal centro di Manhattan, meglio di tanti quartieri di new York. Host disponibile e reattivo.

Pros: Great location, quiet area, close to the city. Clean sheets. Excellent contact with the manager.

Cons: The house is very, very old But the apartment has been renovated. The entrance hall was dirty, Including in front of the apartment doors. Overall, it was clean, but there are a few things that could be improved (wash the doors, clean the dishwasher, vacuum the wardrobes). There are not enough shelves in the apartment.
