Hilton Garden Inn Wilkes-Barre

Pros: I was very impressed with how comfortable the beds were.Also I loved how quiet the hall was that I was on.Everyone was wonderful and the breakfast was excellent for tge price.I thought the evening and morning staff were very friendly and helpful with all my questions. I look forward to staying at this hotel and very much recommended it to anyone traveling solo.You will feel safe and will definitely get a great night sleep.

Pros: The bathroom was not clean properly hair in the bathroom, odor in the room. It is apparent daily cleaning of the bathroom and basic vacuuming is not done daily,

Pros: super friendly reception and restaurant staff very comfy bed conveniently located close to I 81 supermarket and restaurants in walking distance lots of towels delicious breakfast with freshly cooked dishes

Cons: very thin blanket, proper duvet would be nicer can’t open windows old fashioned bathroom with shower in bathtub

Pros: I actually live in the area but my sister (who lives out of the area) and I saw a show at the Kirby Center and decided to get a hotel to level up the experience and to make it easier to Uber to and from the show. I chose this hotel for the location and my sister had stayed there before and liked it. I liked that you can walk across the parking lot to Starbucks and other restaurants. My sister and I ate at Miller's Ale House, which was open late, and just walked back to the hotel. We only stayed one night and didn't take advantage of some of the other things the hotel had to offer, but everything we experienced was great. The time before that my sister stayed there, they had drinks at the bar and had a great experience with the bartender, as well.

Cons: I expected it to be cheaper (Wilkes Barre in January) but I think there was an event going on at the Arena across the street, which probably made prices go up.

I would stay here again

Pros: I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, but my family members did have breakfast, but was not happy with the meal, the set up was appetizing, the overall area was clean, service was good, friendly atmosphere, food needs improvement , the was plenty of restaurants and other business in the area, everything was close by. Calm and peaceful surroundings

Cons: Food was not good at the hotel restaurant, and they said I could pay with cash, when I checked out, but the lady refused to except my cash even though I had exact cash amount, unfortunately the guy wasn’t there, who said I could use cash at checkout. There was no help with luggage, we had to get the luggage carrier ourselves and bring it back down when we were done, otherwise it was a nice place to stay clean and quiet. Peaceful and relaxing

Hilton made our stay as comfortable as possible - our home away from home!

Pros: It was conveniently located right off the highway. The staff was very helpful and accommodating with our late arrival.

Comfortable and convenient

Pros: The beds are very, very comfortable and the room was spacious. The rooms are priced at a much better value than most hotels.

Cons: It's too hard to sign into Wifi if you're not a Hilton Honors member.

This hotel is located conveniently for me as I travel to be with family.

Pros: I chose not to eat breakfast at the hotel since you have to pay for it.

Cons: I wish that the dinner menu was more expansive. I chose to eat elsewhere because of the limited menu options.
