Pros: The coffee was good. Nice frig/freezer. A/C was good too. TVs worked good. The stairs are steep however, but I managed to get up them. There are rails on both sides, and plenty of lighting. Nice little cozy place. It was quite at night. Enjoy.

It was a nice stay while waiting on my apartment to be ready.

Pros: Very cozy and came fully stocked with everything you could need.

Cons: Parking was just rough at night but was informed before by the host and offered other places I could park.

Providence & 18th

Pros: The house was cozy, comfy & clean. Kitchen was well equipped to cook. Water pressure was great. Room temperature was just right (a/c in bedroom if needed). Host was accommodating. Would definitely rent again. Highly recommended.

Cons: Arrived to neighbors across the street blasting music, singing at the top of their lungs and smoking weed. To my surprise, once inside you don’t hear anything outside. Was disappointed to find parking is street parking but we never had an issue finding a spot just steps from the house even late at night. Don’t be intimidated by the area/block.
