Pros: Good location, sympathy of all employees, room dimensions was pretty great and the bed was super comfortable

Cons: The coffee machine in the room poured horrible coffee.

Exceptional room, but the rest is average

Pros: The room was very comfortable. The bed was clean and the linen was fresh. We particularly liked the lighting arrangement, which was designed with minute attention to detail.

Cons: The breakfast and bar facilities were basic. The staff were competent but not very friendly.

Warm and welcoming stay in Philly

Pros: The staff especially the front desk and the doorman were super friendly. The front desk let us check in in the morning after our super early flight. The doorman chatted with us and told us about which direction to walk. Felt really warmed. The location is good.

I loved the location, and i can’t wait to come back to PA.

Pros: I loved the room, and the fact they are pet friendly ! The bar was good and the drinks were fresh. The staff were welcoming & made us feel absolutely amazing!

Cons: The bathroom wasn’t clean, a bar of soap was left in the bathroom that didn’t belong to us.

Excellent location, comfortable and clean room.

Pros: This hotel was exactly what I was expecting. It's always good to find a hotel/room that is exactly like the pictures. It is very clean and the location is excellent, two blocks from the metro station (with a train line direct to the airport), and close to lots of nice touristic places (such as the love square). I highly recommend it.

A stylish and comfortable hotel in an excellent location.

Pros: Very stylish and comfortable hotel with well-equipped rooms in a great location. Parking onsite. Delightful waitress staff and very good breakfast

Cons: Breakfast was very slow to arrive once ordered. Check-in staff were not as professional, efficient or engaged as expected in a quality hotel.

Comfortable stay in central Philadelphia

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay at the Westin. The room was large, comfortable and quiet and the hotel is really centrally located. I used the gym which was well equipped and decent for a hotel gym.

Pros: I had an amazing stay. There was a gentleman named Terence who checked me in and showed me the way to the elevators because it was a little confusing lol. If he’s not a manager already, he needs to be. He was courteous, polite and made my stay that much better . He reassured me that if there was anything I needed that he would be at the front desk. I will definitely be staying here again.
