Pros: the location and the house is so comfortable and the facilities are good

Cons: only thing is that the dishwashing soap and detergent was not enough we couldn't enjoy the fire pit due to rain uni

My only regret as we didn’t stay longer

Pros: This is a great spot for a group of adults. Many previous reviewers mentioned kids, but the house is set up for multiple adults lovely location excellent value super highly recommend.

It’s a great bargain for concert goers to Bethel Woods coming in from other parts of the state!

Pros: It is big enough to accommodate a large family (5-7 persons) or group… and very peaceful and quiet. There was an adequate supply of sundry items (coffee, sugar) and the instructions/information (access codes, Wi-Fi etc) provided for the convenience of guests and hosts were clear and easy to follow.

Cons: This is more in line with some suggestions than “dislike”: - Dry coffee creamer or liquid ultra-high pasteurized half-and-half (or non-dairy equivalent) might be nice as an added convenience (very long shelf life) - Stevia or artificial sweetener for those who have restrictive sugar intake might hit the spot, along with bagged tea Alternatively, info (esp. open hours) for local convenience stores or grocers/farmer’s markets apropos to the typical guest base.
