Camelback cottage - on ONE ACRE & near local attractions

Lovely cabin nestled in the woods

Pros: Lovely old cabin near Camelback resort. Great location, just off the main road made it easy to access. Nestled in the woods for a lovely “in nature” feel. We enjoyed the grill and fire pit and it was lovely to have deer casually walk past us! The three bedrooms are small with only a small amount of room to walk round the bed and limited space to put your suitcase (no cupboards to unpack into). It was fine for two of us but may be a squeeze if you have four or more staying. It was reasonably clean (the ceiling fans could do with some dusting). The WiFi worked well. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment. We had a minor issue getting into the cabin when we arrived but this was quickly resolved by the owners. Had a lovely holiday and will happily re-book.

Perfect little cottage vacation spot!

Pros: This was my first home rental experience. The home is true to the pictures shared online. The owners communicated very well and we had everything we needed to arrive and experienced a very nice stay. The home came with everything we needed to have our morning coffee and breakfast ( we brought the coffee and food). We met up with family near by and had smores on the fire pit outside. It was quite private considering how close we were to restaurants and shopping outlets. I can not say enough on how happy I am with this place and my experience. I will definitley do this again!

Cons: There was nothing that i strongly had an issue with while i stayed there.

Pros: It was nice and relaxing. We had a really nice peaceful time. We definitely want to go back. Very good area, close to many attractions.

Camel cottage was an easy four stars

Pros: Loved that you allowed pets. Was clean and comfortable. Private and quiet.

Nice upgrade

Pros: There was a plumbing issue so we were moved next door. The upgrade was nice.

Cons: The only down side was it was right of the main road. Still awesome house.

Excellent location!

Pros: The location was fabulous! Right next to Camelback. We could walk to go snow tubing and save the $12 parking fee. Well-equipped kitchen and 3 bedrooms that were clean and fairly comfortable. Size of the cabin was really good for a couple or maybe a small family. If you only intend to sleep and eat, then good size for the max capacity of 6 people (adults). There is a fire pit outside and some chairs. Private driveway, one way in and easy exit to main road. Plenty of places to eat surrounding the cabin and a Weiss Market less than 2 miles from cabin. Owners were excellent and responded to all my messages.

Cons: The floors are cold, so bring slippers (we stayed in January). There was no heat to the bathroom, so keep the door open when not using. Shower is a little tight. Also, there were plenty of towels but no wash cloths.

Pros: Location was convenient and private. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Beds were comfortable.

The property was amazing so comfortable and a great distance from the ski resort WE LOVED IT ♥️

Pros: We fell in love with the home. It felt like we’re just at home living in a quiet relaxed area. Near by restaurants and local shops plus the ski resort at a walking distance great for a hike and to walk your fur babies. The house had all the essentials to cook and clean plus the house had a great outside space to walk our pup. That was a very important part of my trip. For all in general we loved it and we will definitely be back.

We had a great weekend getaway for my grandson’s birthday. The weather was perfect. Perfect distance to the resort.

Pros: It was a cozy little cabin in a quiet location. Just a wonderful place to relax.

Cons: Didn’t find anything we didn’t like.
