SpringHill Suites by Marriott New York Midtown Manhattan/Fifth Avenue

One night

Pros: Friendly staff. Walked to the wrong hotel. Trainee desk at Marriott Chelsea young gentlemen was very helpful (Trayrece I think was his name) SpringHill receptionist friendly. Great spot near station. Only one night visit will stay again, great base.

Cons: Bit over crowded at breakfast but ok .

Amazing location, friendly staff, great facilities & value!

Pros: Staff were super friendly & helpful Facilities were great, I love that there was a gym & self-service laundry. Location was amazing! Good value for money, especially the free breakfast which saved us money everyday!

Cons: Nothing, everything was great!

Excellent location for a family trip to NYC

Pros: Location amazing, walking distance to subway,Central Park, Time Square, 5th avenue and all the main to-do hallmarks in NY. Surrounded by tin of convenience stores, restaurants and coffee shops to complement breakfast, dinner… It was super family friendly, we travelled with our 8 and 2 year old kid, parking was conveniently arranged with a garage that provided a great discount to Hotel guests.

Cons: The breakfast area was too small for the number of guests. Always too crowded and difficult to get around. That would be the only point to improve.

Great location

Pros: The man at the reception at my checkin was probably the only American during my one month US trip to show poor curtsey and unfriendly attitude. Other staff were OK.

Cons: The bathroom door would not remain closed. No lock. It keeps on sliding open.

Cons: The breakfast area was small and soon filled up with people. Difficult to get a table at times.

Pros: Great location, many attractions in a walking distance. There were many choices on breakfast for everybody’s taste to get the say started.
