Cozy apt with great city view

Great appartement with skyline view

Pros: Bus connection, skyline view, stuffed kitchen. Happy to be offered the upgrade

Cons: Cleanliness, lacking some cleaning supplies to clean it ourselves

Pros: Fantastic view from the room, flat very clean and comfortable. Easy access to New York City, bus stop almost in front of the building. I would definitely stay there again.

Cons: None, everything exceeded our expectations.

Amazing.

Pros: The room is more spacious than expected. The kitchen and laundry machine is a welcome bonus. The view is amazing. The bus to Manhattan stops right in front of the apartment

Cons: If the heating was a little better we would appreciate it!

Perfect!

Pros: Property during the winter days was warm. The view from the bedroom window was spectacular (sunrise was breathtaking). Location spot on! 15 mins bus into Manhattan, buses running super regular (you can check the times on the NJ Transit app). Clean kitchen, all the facilities you require including hairdryer, iron, coffee, breakfast cereals, washing machine and dryer. Room large and spacious. Host was superb, great communication and was a huge help. Not a single fault to say.

Cons: Cannot fault it at all. If you know you’re staying outside of Manhattan, this would be the best place to stay.

Pros: Amazing location, view is amazing. All facilities are available like washer, kitchen full equipped.

Cons: A big lack of cleanliness. Bathroom not clean, same for kitchen and rooms. Please improve this point to be perfect.

Overall great experience

Pros: Building seemed relatively new, safe neighbourhood. Location was great (only 20min from center of Manhattan, bus stop 2min from building entrance, bus was very consistent), The views from the windows as well as the terrace were amazing. Communication was great. It indeed had a private bathroom.

Cons: Could be cleaner.

great appartment for a sightseeing trip

Pros: great location, bus station 123 nearby which goes every 20-30 mins and also takes about 20 mins to the City Center, small supermarket nearby, amazing views of the skyline from rooftop and room A, our room was very big with lots of space, extra closet room for storage/luggage, communication with host was good overall

Cons: Bathroom and couch wasn't as clean as we'd hoped but overall tidiness was okay. Unfortunately, there had been problems with Booking.com as our room had been overbooked and we were asked to stay in a different location for the first night. For compensation, we were promised free breakfast. However, there was barely anything that we could have had for breakfast as most of the stuff in the fridge belonged to other guests, also some stuff had obviously gone bad in the fridge (very brown bananas, old cucumber, old pizza, old salad) Also nothing was labeled free to use (like cereal, milk, other stuff in the cupboards) so we ended up buying our own milk and cereal and stuff.

Pros: jimmy was good host and helpful to make stay as good as he was able to do

Cons: there was some stuff but jimmy did his best to fix all of them so good

Pros: Great location, amazing view and easy to get into Manhattan by a bus just outside, great facilities.
