Pros: the location is close to everything. Host upgraded my room to a bigger one with window and street view.

Cons: there have no elevator, if you come with heavy luggages, you have to prepare a strong hand to bring them up to room

Pros: The owner of the establishment was very friendly and helpful even though I had a late arrival time from the airport.

Cons: There wasn't a lot of usable space in the room but it was perfect to get some rest in Manhattan in a pinch.
