Pros: The room was basic, but overall, it was really good to stay! Bathrooms and kitchen were also clean

Pros: Very nice host, helpful and accommodating ! Bedroom with a very nice view on the Empire State Building ! Close to Time Square and subway !

Pros: The location is excellent, we are close to several subway, train and bus stations, as well as several tourist attractions, shops and restaurants. We also had quick communication with the host who helped us with several questions and the flexibility of the check-out time which helped us a lot. I will definitely come back if I visit NY again.

Unexpectedly positive shared bathroom experience

Pros: Good location, owner has good sense of humor and also let us checkin an hour early. The shared bathrooms have modern shower doors and unusually fancy sink and shower faucet fixtures. Shared kitchen with microwave and water kettle was a pleasant surprise.

Cons: New York is expensive. Police fire and ambulance sirens literally every minute but probably because Saturday night so close to Christmas

Nel cuore di Manhattan consigliato

Pros: La posizione era perfetta! L’host molto gentile e disponibile, se cercate un posto senza troppe pretese ma in centro ve lo consiglio. Per pochi giorni in città è perfetto

Cons: Non ci sono riscaldamenti solo delle stufe ma l’host ci ha portato delle coperte aggiuntive. I letti fanno rumore però in generale si dorme abbastanza bene

Pleasant, clean, efficient - I felt safe. Admire the entire setup.

Pros: Location, & it’s quiet. A comfortable stay. Clean.

Cons: I miss a bedside lamp. The overhead is like an operating room. But I’m guessing it’s too much maintenance.

Was good location and very accommodating manager

Pros: Great location and air conditioner got nice and cold. The manager was really helpful and accommodating. Laundry is right down street. The Empire State Building, Hudson yards along with with time square alll within walking distance.

Ownership and workers really care about the people staying there.

Pros: The owner and staff was really great. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. And it was. It was also 60% less than any other options in this great location.

Cons: Nothing. Any slight issues I had were addressed immediately by the owner and his staff.

Fue bastante acogedor el lugar y muy buena ubicación.

Pros: La ubicación fue muy buena y el lugar fue bastante acogedor.

Cons: Es como un departamento con habitaciones y dos baños compartidos. Constantemente un huésped dejó el baño sucio porque la palanca del baño no era visible. Pero eso no era culpa del lugar pero pues es un baño compartido.

Compared to the area and price accommodations were above expectations

Pros: For the price compared to other options in NYC and the service John gives, it's a good option. The room was spacious and clean
