Pros: Big, clean room. Helpful reception. The location is quite good for an easy in and out for dinner/drinks.

Cons: Breakfast quite alright, but everything is served with paper and plastic cutlery and plates. Very soft bed.

Enjoyed our stay at this location.

Pros: We skipped breakfast, but loved the convenient location with plenty of dining options and shopping nearby. The hotel was delightful with helpful and friendly staff, comfortable beds, and nice rooms. The suites come highly recommended. Will definitely return to this location in the future.

Cons: We are generally satisfied with our experience, however we believe that the elevators could benefit from some renovations.

Pros: L'accueil ! Nous étions en galère à l' aéroport de Newark vol annulé et nuit dans l'aéroport. La personne de l'accueil nous a accueilli le matin à 9h alors que l'heure de réception de la chambre était l'après-midi à 15h. Nous avons pu ainsi dormir . Cette personne nous a indiqué comment on pouvait commander à manger et les produits de première nécessité puisque nous étions sans bagage. Vraiment adorable. Merci

Pros: Breakfast was fine. Limited variety but had the basic stuff. Hot drink, warm food (sausage and eggs for 2 consecutive days).

Cons: Our room was great. Size was good. It was generally clean. Just noticed little stuff like bubblegum on the headboard and a piece of fries on the carpet.. adjusting the shower temperature was quite tricky too..it was eithertoo hot or too cold...otherwise, no other issues

Pros: The front staff lady was so nice... Sorry, don't remember her name

Cons: We only stayed one night, but my children were looking forward to the pool. When we got there, the pool was being cleaned. Big bummer! We chose this hotel because of the pool.

Pros: We just needed a place cuz our flight was delayed and we missed our connection. It was comfortable and we appreciated the 12:00 check out.
