Pros: The complimentary breakfast and 24-hour coffee station were fantastic! We also really appreciated the convenient location, with plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance - it was perfect for us since we don't drive.

Cons: We were looking forward to using the free airport shuttle service advertised by the hotel, which was a deciding factor in our choice. Unfortunately, when we arrived at the airport and attempted to schedule a pickup, we were informed that the service wasn't available. This meant we had to make alternative arrangements, including going to another terminal for an Uber, which was quite inconvenient for our family of six. The hotel needs to update their website.

Pros: Bed was comfortable ! The room is big enough for 2! The hotel is right next to a shopping area and restaurants

Pros: The hotel was clean. Good location closer to shops and restaurants. Closer to New York City. Reasonable size rooms. Helpful staff.

Cons: The breakfast could have been much better. The food runs out quickly. Big queue for pan cakes.

Good budget hotel with perfect location

Pros: Overall, the hotel was very nice, neat and clean. Also, the location was perfect. Very close to all major shopping areas

Cons: Breafast time was a little hectic as the hotel was not fully ready to handle all guests at once, and only one person was serving and trying her best to fulfil all need of more than 70 PAX

Pros: Service was good and the staff was friendly. Specially a worker called Jihad made our stay very pleasant. He was always so smiley, joyful and happy. Always greeted when coming from the main doors or said good morning when coming to breakfast. Really good customer service from him! Hotel room and lobby etc was very clean. Breakfast was super good, oatmeal was a plus!! Wifi worked good. Parking was free which was nice. Good location since there was a lot of different stores, shops and restaurants near-by.

Cons: Cleaning materials had a very strong smell/odour. First night when we arrived we thought that we might not be able to spend 4 nights in here. But over the night the odour a little bit disappeared, so it was okay. But when it was time to clean up the room then there smelled again, but again the odour was gone overnight. So for people who are smell-sensitive/have migraine this might not be too good for them. Another thing was the toilet, it didn’t work properly. When flushing it was just weirdly slow. One time it didn’t flush at all so had to call the reception.

A perfect hotel for a one-night stay!

Pros: The breakfast was delicious! I appreciated the convenience of having a large mall (Target) within walking distance of the hotel for grocery shopping. Its location next to the main road was also a great benefit for travellers on the go. For the price, it was perfect!

Cons: Nothing in particular to highlight - I simply enjoyed my stay at this hotel! :)

I would certainly stay there again and highly recommend it to anybody who is looking for a place to.

Cons: I have no issues with the beautiful hotel. We loved it there and the staff made us feel so comfortable.
