Pros: Friendly staff, good breakfast, clean, well-maintained building.

Cons: Everything was in perfect order, no complaints

INCREDIBLE!

Pros: EVERYTHING! The gentleman at reception was lovely, and the 24/hr coffee and tea station made our night. We were only popping by for the night while on a road trip and this is the best place we have stayed at across our travels. The beds were very comfortable and the TV had great channels. It was also in a perfect location for us to get back on the road when the morning came. Additionally, the breakfast was so yum with lots of options!

Cons: Honestly nothing. There is nothing i would change about this accommodation

A great and convenient place to stay en route from Manhattan to Niagara.

Pros: Immaculately clean bedroom and bathroom. Good quality toiletries in the bathroom. A very comfortable bed.

Cons: The little square pillows - but maybe they are the norm. We prefer the oblong pillows that are the norm in the UK. The towels were on the small side. I’m not a big person, but even for me they were tiny.

Good place to break a long journey

Pros: Convenient location to break our journey, don’t think there were any attractions close by. Lots of parking. Room was smallish but well laid out with fridge and microwave, and was comfortable as well as quiet. Free coffee and chocolate in the lobby. Breakfast was good although options quite limited

Cons: The pump-dispensers of conditioner and moisturiser were empty.

Great for what I needed

Pros: I had to book an emergency stay here for a few days, it was simple and comfortable which is what you want. The staff however were amazing, friendly, very happy to help and really made me feel at home. The free breakfast is basic but decent. There is some food options nearby if you don't mind a walk or short drive and a Walmart a short walk away too.

Cons: The cleanliness could be improved a little - there was a lot of grime and dirt in the window runners and some other minor areas of dust but nothing major that would stop me using the hotel again if I had to.

Homely and comfortable.

Pros: Very immaculate. Clean, and great look location for me.

Pros: Nice clean and comfortable room. Great value for price, close to the highway. Breakfast was sufficient for one night stay.
