Super Hotel!

Pros: Good location and installation is well cleaned and comfortable.

Pros: Excellent location between Central Park and Times Square. A 2-minute walk from the subway. Nearby are theaters, shops, and restaurants. The room was spacious, with a large bathroom, comfortable mattresses, and windows that opened for fresh air. The coffee and tea in the room were replenished daily, along with plenty of cookies and snacks. A very comfortable hotel!

Cons: The bathroom door barely closes and isn't soundproof, which is inconvenient when living with family. This needs to be fixed...

Pros: I can’t recommend this hotel enough. It’s in a great location and the suite rooms are huge. The decor is lovely and looked freshly done. The staff are all wonderful especially the baggage handling team. Would definitely stay here again. We asked for a higher floor with a good view of the city and got both. It was much quieter than we expected. No problems with the standard of cleaning as lovely and clean every day.

Pros: Loved the location, the size of the room, how clean it was. Staff were super friendly and helpful all the time. Room was also quite spacious (by NY standards :-) )

Cons: Think cleaning staff could have been a bit more consistent in terms of replacing used glasses, doing the turn down service every night.

Pros: The location is excellent — close to many restaurants and convenient for getting around the city. The room was very clean and surprisingly spacious for New York. Breakfast downstairs is available à la carte, which was a nice option. Lots of dining choices nearby as well.

Cons: Front desk service was a bit slow, and the concierge staff could be more attentive. When I asked about a broken AC that wouldn’t turn off, the lady didn’t seem to understand and simply said it’s central air and cannot be shut off. On another occasion, I waited over 10 minutes to pick up a package while she chatted with two guests about nearby restaurants — without acknowledging me at all during the wait.

Great place…just don’t leave anything behind

Pros: The rooms are very spacious. I loved the shower. location is very central. The restaurant at the hotel had very decent food options and tasted great.

Cons: I left my EarPods at the hotel and getting them to check/call back/get a response was a nightmare !!! I must have called a hundred times, I kept insisting my EarPods were at the hotel, someone from security told me he must get an actual picture of the EarPods before he can help me look for it - these are EarPods with my name on it specifically. After giving up and buying new EarPods for $300 my husband decided to call one last time and spoke to someone who was better equipped who checked and found the EarPods ! All this took ONE MONTH + for something so simple. Would have given it a 10 otherwise but this issue dampened my experience at the hotel. I’d stay here again but the staff (security/lost and found) need to do better.
