Bed was excellent... Shower pressure & temperature was excellent.. quiet..TV worked..air needs work

Pros: The location is in a good spot...near restaurants.. grocery stores...the continental bfast was good with cereal..yogurt.. juice.. English muffins.. hot water pressure in shower very good.. King size bed was excellent.. really liked the luggage transporter..

Cons: This place would have gotten an excellent rating but the ac/heat wasn't working on high.. which is a down for me...

Pros: Convenient location, right price for skiing Nice that breakfast coffee are available in morning.

Cons: Our room smelled like smoke Unfortunately we were on low floor facing parking lot. So didn't really want to open the shades

Pros: The cleanliness of the whole property was very nice. The staff went above and beyond to figure out how I messed up our reservation

Pros: breakfast times were very convenient. The front desk staff was AMAZING, the text check-ins and request ability was by far the best thing I've seen at a hotel! Overall great experience.
