It was pleasant but disappointing at the same time.

Pros: The staff member at the cafeteria was very welcoming and full of energy. The room was clean.

Cons: The website stated the hotel had a pool (which was the reach I booked that hotel) but when I got there I was advised the pool had been down since the pandemic. My children were very disappointed and the associate who checked us in was not very empathetic to the situation.

Excellent night on our longer trip.

Pros: Spacious rooms, comfortable bed, nice kitchen area.

Cons: You have to have a membership (although free to join) to use WiFi. It was kind of inconvenient when we were there for only one night.

A wonderful last night of a 9 day cross country trip!

Pros: Why have I not stayed at Residence Inn more often?? Huge room, comfortable bed, many little extras for the traveler. This is my new stop in Scranton.

Cons: Heat wasn’t working, but I was given a space heater and all was fine.

Extremely satisfied with everything. We went to relax and enjoy the nature. I highly recommend this place!!!

Pros: So cute. Very clean. Made or stay berry comfortable and relaxing.

Cons: There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

Pros: Location was awesome if you’re not from the area. Lots of stores for anything you may need and restaurants.

Cons: They had a nice little spread but only pork sausages for breakfast no other options. I think they should offer other options for folks that don’t eat pork.
