Pros: Perfect. And it should be priced higher, but Scranton will always be a hidden Gem that NYC & Philly people will never understand and fully appreciate.

Cons: How is this only a 3 star hotel? It should be 4-5 stars!

Pros: Friendly staff, spacious accommodation and parking was easy. Staff in the bar were very attentive and the food was very good. Excellent breakfast.The interior public rooms were wonderful, a fabulous historical building.

Pros: Very reasonably priced, beautiful building and large rooms.

Cons: Bit of a musty smell in the room due to windows being painted shut.

Comfortable and peaceful stay in Scranton

Pros: Lovely old building and very friendly staff. The bed was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed

Cons: The bathroom was a little bit small and dated. Other than that there was nothing else we didn’t like

Pros: Great location and lovely building. Perfect for the steamtown museum, which is really worth the effort to see and the Office mural 😊.

Beautiful hotel, ideal for purpose.

Pros: My friend and I were over for a wedding in the area and this hotel was a luxurious treat for us. The location was ideal when coming into Scranton after a long drive and the room was cozy and perfect after long days.

Cons: I would struggle to find any criticism of the hotel itself, we had a lovely time.

Excellent hotel in a historical setting.

Pros: Staff excellent, helpful and friendly. Great location for local attractions but the immediate area around the hotel is a bit run down (although the hotel is accountable for this).
