Journey breaker

Pros: Most things: the friendly staff, the comfy beds, the cleanliness, location near shop and restuarant.

Cons: The poor or non existent choice of gluten free food at breakfast. I had to make do on Yogurt and an omelette ... unlike last week when there was Bananas, fruit salad and hot potato and sausage meat.

Pros: Cleanliness of the room and helpfulness of the staff especially in terms of accommodating my gluten-free requirements. We will return.

Pros: Breakfast, friendly, responsive staff. Comfortable beds. Non-smoking rooms. Great location close to shopping. Love the bathroom soap and shampoo etc. dispensers. Refrigerator!

Cons: Keys that stop working. Ran out of coffee too often. Trash cans in the room too small.

A comfortable stay.

Pros: Comfortable bed, good breakfast (the breakfast lady was excellent and couldn’t do enough for us) and a handy restaurant very close by.

Cons: If anything it was a little dark, with one smallish window, and a little dated in decor.

Very good

Pros: Handicap accessible was great but should be on the first floor. Room was on the 4th floor and there was a fire alarm situation. My walking is difficult and I had to climb down 4 floors, not easy in an emergency situation.

Pros: The ease of booking the room online, the seamless check-in when we arrived (we were late arriving due to storms in Connecticut) the lobby & room was clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing
