Lovely hotel with history, great location, perfect place to meet the locals over a quality cocktail!

Pros: Lovely decor, great food, wonderful people, perfect location for walking down town and exploring. I love the Asian cuisine offered, and the cocktails were top notch. The linens were of the highest quality as well.

Cons: It would be nice if the room was warm prior to arriving. I miss coffee in the morning. I would enjoy a little coffee pot in the room.

The National Hotel is a great value and great place to stay.

Pros: Frenchtown ideal river valley location between lambertville/stockton to south, upper black eddy/erwinna across and milford/reigelsville to north. beautiful canal trail. also charming with Honey Moon bakery, Early Bird coffee, FinnBar dining and National Hotel Holiday charm, cozy local vibe bar and delicious asian dining

Pros: Great location in the middle of charming town of Frenchtown. Great sushi restaurant in the main dining area.

Fantastic weekend getaway! The food, room, location and staff were top notch!

Pros: Historic, clean and super comfortable! The staff was amazing and the food was the best I’ve had in some time! Couldn’t ask for a better location in Frenchtown!

Cons: The price of the room with the tax is pretty high. But I have no complaints about our stay and it was worth it to finally get a nice weekend away. This place is great.

Antique Sweetness

Pros: The hotel is under new ownership and has been nicely renovated. stayed here 3 years ago. The place was dead of patrons and the beds horrible. That is no longer the case. The hotel was hopping during my 3 night stay.

A great place to stay in Frenchtown

Pros: This is an excellent, newly renovated and updated historic hotel in Frenchtown, NJ. The owner and her staff are very professional and attentive. The room was large, quiet and comfortable. The hotel bar has jazz performances on weekends and is a lively place for a fun drink. We plan to return when we are in the area again.
