Lovely!

Pros: Lovely old style hotel in Convent station so very handy for the train to Manhattan. Larry in the bar was great company! The fire in the foyer was welcoming during a very cold few days and the wine / cheese in reception was a nice touch each day in the late afternoon. A $20 voucher to spend in the shop or restaurant was also a nice addition. We would definitely return.

All was well. Wish we could have stayed there longer.

Pros: Everything was great. First location - it was close to the subway station, room was spacious, breakfast was sumptuous, all staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons: Price was a little too high. As the hotel is in NJ we need to travel for atleast 2 hours to travel to NYC. So, we couldn't stay in the hotel for a long time. So, we paid too much for a night's sleep

A welcome surprise while traveling to New Jersey!

Pros: This hotel is truly exceptional. The staff provided outstanding service, and the fitness facilities were excellent. Its prime location is a significant advantage, and we are eagerly anticipating our return. We look forward to dining at Rod's on our next visit.

Cons: The breakfast was excellent; however, due to the Thanksgiving holiday, the food service staff experienced challenges in maintaining pace.

Pros: We stayed at the Madison Hotel because my husband has to have a procedure early the next morning at Morristown medical center. Everything was great… the location, the staff, and the food!! We will be back!

Pros: It was quiet. Elevator service was quick and efficient. Having the restaurant and lunch venue right there was helpful.

Cons: The seating for breakfast was totally inadequate. The place was a wedding factory.

Cons: I booked the room through Booking.com. While I love that Booking.com gave me a great rate for same day reservation of a room after the event, I wasn't happy the hotel charged a price that was not quoted on the Booking.com app.
