Hyatt House Morristown

Pros: The location was great, room very comfortable and staff very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Pros: Great double bed room and fully equiped kitchen dor cooking. The staff was very helpful, they brought us extra chairs and kitchenware. We loved the pool and it's very quiet there. Loved it !

overall, excellent.

Pros: perfect location; easily accessible to the highway, shopping.

Cons: patrons with children wew noisy. staff should monitor noise level.

a fantastic, comfy, perfectly-equipped mini suite which is so much better than a standard hotel room

Pros: the room/suite was fantastic. a really well equipped kitchenette, exceptionally comfortably bed and even the sofa bed passed the teenager test! breakfast was good and sufficient for what you need. location for us was great as we needed to be near Morristown, Madison and Parsippany.

Cons: The breakfast was possibly not the best quality. The sausages were particularly unattractive! and the scrambled egg nearly always rubbery. but the waffles and the granola were delicious! kitchen area kept really clean and the staff were lovely.

Cons: the room given was right at the end. long walk. breakfast is good but with limited options had to schedule for cleaning room

I enjoyed my stay

Pros: I had to leave before breakfast, wanted to get to work on time . My check in was fast, front desk personnel was amazing, the room was throughly cleaned & I had a peaceful night.

Cons: I had to leave before breakfast but was allowed to have a cup of tea but one of the staff member told me that I was to early for breakfast. It starts @ 6:30 not 6:15. I felt so embarrassed.

Pros: Breakfast awesome, they have a bar that opens at 5. You can get food and drinks. Very clean.

Cons: Wish they had beer on draft.

Pros: The receptionist very nicely offered to extend our stay by another hour since we had arrived fairly late after being out for new years. I wasn’t expecting it and it was a welcome surprise

Cons: Couch upholstery could use a little steam cleaning. Would have loved a washcloth for the shower.

Pros: The suite was very clean, spacious and quiet. It was a perfect place to rest and recharge. Breakfast was good despite the heavy flux.

Cons: I wish there was a tea/water boiler in the kitchen. I wish breakfast was served until 11am on a Sunday.
