Nice fall getaway
Pros: Loved the fall foliage season and looking out the big windows seeing the beautiful outdoors.
Cons: Missed having a downstairs bathroom - stairs are hard and we had asked for a unit with not many stairs but did not get that.

Fantastic place for a nice price.
Pros: Quiet environment, the kitchen was stocked with extra amenities, the bedrooms were comfortable. Nice porch for relaxation.

Very nice spot!!
Pros: Very comfortable and cozy. I loved the fact that we had 3 full bathrooms plus a jacuzzi. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had all the necessities we needed to cook, and it was spanking clean. I loved the place and would surely go back. If you need time away just to unwind, this is the place to be.
Cons: The pool was too far from the living quarters, but I understand why it is like that. It just didn't work out for me. Now I know what to expect. The linen and towels need to be inspected periodically. Too much spots and stains, especially on the towels. I called the front desk about some stains on the comforter, and the girl is telling me that they are fully booked and have no more available comforters. I politely asked her if she thought that it was fair to us. A new and clean one was sent over within the hour, and I appreciated it.

We had a great New Year weekend
Pros: We want to say Thank You to the girl at the reception Natalie for her help and information she told us about the resort. We had an amazing time at this place. Will definitely stay longer next time.
Cons: the only thing we didn't like was the water in the pool, it was too dirty

This is a beautiful area with plenty of family friendly activities.
Pros: We were upgraded upon arrival, due to bad weather, there had been a black out until 20 minutes before our check in. We got accommodations in a different area where light was restored. Amenities were convenient and plenty to do. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating .
Cons: Very comfortable, but we had a scare the second night we were there. We were out enjoying the amenities and when we returned to the villa, there was a utility closet in the living room and that door was open, it was closed when we left and there was also a crawl space door in there that was now also open. We texted and called the front desk, we finally got thru on our cell phone the villa phone was not working. Security came and we requested an accommodations change as we did not feel safe as that crawl space remained open. It was a race against time as the front desk was closing at 11 PM and we had to go and exchange keys to go to a different unit. The security and staff were very helpful and relocated us to a different part of the Resort to a villa with no crawlspace. Considering it was two women and two children it was inconvenient but necessary to move at that time of night.

Pros: The ammenities were very nice. Loved all of the activities that were offered. It was nice to get in to the Villa with a wristband and nice to checkout with just a text. The Villa was very clean and I appreciated that! Loved the laundry and dishwasher. The screened in porch was great.
Cons: The tiles on the kitchen counter were cracked and the couch didn't have any pillows. The bathroom could have used an over the door hanger for towels. When I booked on booking.com I didn't know it was a Wyndham resort, so it was hard for us to find the check in since the address that was given didn't match up to the confirmation text. The street number didn't exist and their was no sign at said Pocono Villa Resort anywhere. Pocono Villa Resort needs a sign at the corner of Buttermilk Falls Rd. We pulled into the Wyndham resort and hoped we were at the right place!

My family enjoyed ourselves
Pros: The location-the villa was super nice, We also enjoyed the pool both indoor and outdoor & the basketball court.
Cons: It would've been helpful to know that its a limit on the number of devices that can be used for the wifi & after 4 devices you have to pay.
