Perfect location for a New York Stay!!

Pros: Great location, lovely staff, excellent housekeeping and overall a great hotel.

Cons: No kettle/coffee machine in the room, but they do give you $15 credit per day to use in the mini shop.

Great value in central location

Pros: Very central location which could be directly accessed from Grand Central Station. Helpful attentive staff. Upgrade to include use of club lounge for breakfast and snacks was amazing

Cons: Main lobby area seemed vast and space could be better utilised. Restaurant closed during our stay

Exceptional charme and huge rooms

Pros: Fantastic place. Sad to see a 1500 bed hotel with giant rooms to be torn down soon to make space for a newer building. Compared to other hotels in NYC, this was exceptional

Great hotel. Centrally placed for most attractions in manhattan.

Pros: Staff were excellent. Polite and efficient. Facilities were fine. No complaints.

Cons: I guess it is part of the attraction but the hotel is in a very busy part of town!

Pros: Great location for sightseeing with easy transport links via the grand central train and subway station, which is basically attached.

Cons: Nothing comes to mind

Fantastic location, great price. Excellent for families.

Pros: We loved this as a family of three. The check in was excellent, the bonus of the breakfast everyday, along with the shop downstairs was fantastic. As a Peleton Lover having it on the TV and in the Gym was a very surprising bonus that I LOVED. The location is top tier. We will be staying here again and again when we visit NYC.

Great option

Pros: Location is great - city center, very convenient to any other location too, overall quite good quality of the facilities. Staff was very helpful

Cons: Room was much smaller than was on the pictures, floor was very dirty - like wet cleaning has never been done, had to ask to bring slippers and toothpaste. Stayed for a week but bedsheets were not changed for a whole time.

Good location but expensive market inside with limited options of food

Pros: Good central location to all areas of New York. Side door from hotel to Grand Central Station. Staff willing to sort out taxi, mini van etc, doormen willing to flag down taxi too! Great area for subway connections.

Cons: $15 Market spend each day - expensive shop, two bottles of water was $15 plus tax on top! Choice of items are limited, packet of small skittles $5, small milk $6 etc. Asked for rooms to be placed together although they were very far from each other (opposite end of corridor).
