i liked the stay

Pros: i liked the location -very neat & pleasant staff courteous

Cons: break fast spread - i am a vegetarian

Good value, nice place

Pros: Nice and spacious room, freshly renovated. Even though the hotel was fully booked it was quiet in the room, we didn’t hear any noises. The room was very clean. The food in the restaurant was good and breakfast buffet had a great selection of food. We loved the service especially lady in the restaurant was super nice.. if I am not mistaken her name was Zalema.

Great location with spacious room, good breakfast

Pros: Great location and very clean hotel with friendly staff. Room was spacious and good value for money. Breakfast was good with a wide selection, for an extra cost but it was worth doing a few mornings. The train station for going into New York City is a short drive away. Very pleased overall with our stay.

Cons: I had left a note on the booking to ensure the sofa bed was made as there were 3 of us staying in the room. It wasn't made on arrival, so the young gentleman at reception said they would send sheets up, which we had to chase for after nearly an hour. When they did arrive, there was only a pillow and flat sheet, so we asked for a duvet. That was brought without a cover, on request of the cover the reception staff member said he didn't think we needed it. When we said we would prefer one it was resolved, but we did have to make the bed ourselves. This really was just a minor hitch in the stay, but thought it worth mentioning.

Lovely accommodations, stylish decor, helpful staff.

Pros: Stylish and modern hotel. Rooms are large, fitness center is nice. There is a small park nearby for walking, and a restaurant/bar in hotel (ask for Kevin, he'll mix you up an amazing cocktail!). We checked in and Ralph at the front desk was amazingly professional and got us all checked in. Marisol in housekeeping really went out of her way to make sure our stay was comfortable. All around, just a lovely place to stay!

Cons: Not the most walkable area, so a car is helpful. Otherwise, it was great!

Pros: I liked the location, the room, the breakfast, the friendly and thorough staff.

Pros: This was the 3rd booking of 3 in three weeks and everything was great. Early check in, clean and nice room.

Cons: missing bottle of waters this time. Noticed it takes too much time before deposit is released. After 3 weeks deposit is still set to reserved on credit card.

Cons: Slow elevator. We booked a room for 4, but apparently, the services are only provided for two people. You get two towels, two bottles of water, two cups, two coffee, etc

Pros: Everything was great! Beds are amazing and the rooms were super clean.

Pros: Amazing hotel. Convenient location. Large area with a park where you can walk. Delicious and varied breakfast. There is a room service. The room is large, clean, the room has everything you need. The staff is polite. Highly recommend.
