Pros: I didn't have a chance to get the breakfast because of my work schedule , but I will try it next time I book a room

Enjoyable stay

Pros: The accommodations and kitchen and the friendly, helpful staff.

Cons: There was a faint latent order from other rooms, but not too bothersome.

I felt welcome at the first visit.

Pros: What I liked about your hotel was the professionalism and the warm welcome from the staff

Cons: What I didn’t like was the lack of security around the property. Many days and nights when I returned from work, the outside area was filled with people hanging around, smoking, and drinking. On one occasion, I even saw someone lying back in a lounge chair near one of the exit doors. This does not look good at all and made me feel uncomfortable.

Pros: The room, property and staff were great. However, the fire alarm was blaring for about 7-10 minutes at like 7:30 am. They took a long time to address the issue and my sleep was interrupted. Otherwise, everything else was great.

Cons: The alarm going off and the length of time it took to shut it off.

Pros: Al llegar al lugar la muchacha del frontdesk fue bien amable

Cons: La limpieza es pobre al hacer el check in te entregan un papel que dice que las habitaciones se limpian cada 15 días y el piso estaba sucio y las sábanas manchadas.

Great experience at WoodSpring in SP, will definitely be back!

Pros: Close to major highways, shopping and restaurants. The staff is exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. The room was clean and enjoyed having the fridge, microwave and washing machines.
