Best Western Harrisburg I-81 Grantville Hershey

Pros: Front desk staff member Karamina was very nice, helpful. Wishing her all the best in her future endeavours.

Cons: Water in the bathroom was not hot. Quality of towels could be improved. Location is a bit far but this was not a major issue

Good value for single traveler

Pros: Great value. Room was excellent, breakfast good, quiet and good sleep.

A nice hotel, but a rude guest spoiled it for me.

Pros: Good proximity to highway, but we couldn't hear it. Lovely greeting by a nice lady at the front desk.

Cons: The sofa was old and it felt like I was sitting on the floor. All else was great. However, we were woken at 3:07 a.m. by a man having an extremely loud conversation on his phone, I thought he was in the hallway, since whoever he was on the phone with was clearly audible and loud, saying 'It's a CULT! I tell you, it's a CULT!' I went and looked out the peephole and saw no one, and on opening the door, realized he was in a room across the hall. After a minute of listening to the exchange I made a loud hushing sound from my doorway, to which he responded with 'Shut up!! Just go to bed!' I responded 'That's what I'm trying to do,' then shut the door and went back to bed. It continued for another 5-10 minutes, lessening over time, I guess, because I finally fell back to sleep. It did not escalate and I did not call the front desk, but I just felt it was worth mentioning. People are rude and selfish, we encounter these things often, constant door slamming and late night conversations outside the door, no one thinks about anyone but themselves. But we ALL pay to stay at a hotel, and we ALL deserve to have a peaceful stay. I think it should be included on sign-in, a mention or printed inclusion asking guests to be courteous and think of other guests, especially at night or very early in the morning. Thank you.

Good one night stay

Pros: Beds very comfortable. Nice that some items in breakfast room offered at night, I was able to enjoy a hot chocolate before bed.

Cons: Couldn't get cold water in the bathroom, always lukewarm. HVAC very noisy, luckily we didn't need heat or A/C, so kept it off. Breakfast was so-so, no meat offered.

Was what we expected. Comforatable stay and great location.

Pros: Loved the breakfast. We were up very early and it was ready.

Cons: Every thing was great.

Perfect hotel for a getaway!

Pros: I loved literally everything. The room was big and clean! The staff was so friendly. The location was perfect and close to everything. The breakfast was so good.

Id stay again!

Pros: Check in was quick, the room was as expected. I really appreciated the pull out couch as we went with our 4 little kids. Breakfast was great- good selection and spread out so it wasnt like a long line. The pool was a nice temperature and depth- the kids had a great time!

Cons: The doors on both ends of the hotel did not allow you to re-enter, so you either had to take someone to let you in or walk around to the main entrance. Nbd though.

I would stay again

Pros: Breakfast was more than I expected with eggs, sausage and a waffle maker

Pros: The room was large, like the idea that it had a small living room with a sofa and table with two chairs. The room is very clean. Was surprised after a day out when we came back, housekeeping was in and made the beds, and there were fresh towels. Staff was very nice.

Cons: Beds are truly double beds; it would have been nice if they were queens. Breakfast was ok, normal hotel, but they did not have bagels, had a yogurt machine which had plain yogurt but nothing to put in it. Sunday morning, they had no orange juice, only choice of juice was apple.
