Fantastic building in a practical location
Pros: A beautiful apartment! Everyone was impressed, and the building (a former high school) is quite impressive). The room was well-furnished with a kitchen, an oven, washer-dryer and functional bathroom. Everything was neat!
Cons: It tends to run cold in the winter due to the high ceilings (and the low temperatures in Philadelphia). This is just something to be aware of, not necessarily a flaw.

Pros: Great location and the staff at the building front desk were so nice!
Cons: We had an amazing stay and the only improvements I could suggest would be a few additional amenities: extra blanket, full length mirror, shelves/hooks in the bathroom

It was a home away from home experience
Pros: The apartment provided its guests with comforts and privacy. Basic amenities are available. The staff was very prompt in responding to the requests of the guest, which I really appreciate. I will definitely recommend this to my friends and colleagues if they are traveling to Philadephia in the future.
Cons: The water in the shower was weak. Another, it would have been perfect if coffee were replenished. There were only 6 cups, and they were not enough for the entire stay.

Good value for money and apartment has everything is needed
Pros: It was exactly as it is on the pics. Clean, spacious, had everything I needed.
Cons: It would be good to add some signs on how to get the quickest to the particular room numbers. Indicators would do the job. It was a confusion at the beginning if it comes to the invoice, however at the end of Etsy I received it

Wonderful stay.
Pros: The studio was super clean and quite. 100% satisfied with the kitchen and bathroom. I especially love the view outside my window. The location is ok; not very close to the subway, but it's still within walking distance. Staff are very friendly, helpful, and responsive.
Cons: The bed and pillows are too soft for me. Other than that, the whole experience was excellent.

Modern apartment in Philly
Pros: Spacious property, big comfortable bed and modern interior. Quite close to the local train station and some shops
Cons: Wi-Fi wasn’t available on arrival, no remote control and no shower gel in the bathroom.

Nice apartment near U Penn
Pros: I liked that it was a secure building and apartment. I liked that the apartment had a secure code to get into the apartment. I liked that it was a repurposed building. The apartment was close to U Penn. We easily walked to campus. I liked free parking on the street. The apartment was clean. The beds were comfortable. The shower had hot water. I liked that there was shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower.
Cons: More bath towels would be nice; there were no wash clothes.

Perfect for our working needs.
Pros: Great Space within the Apartments and nice communal area with WIFI access.
Cons: We paid extra for a late check out but when we returned, within plenty of time for late check out, to freshen up and collect luggage, the access code had been changed so spent a good 20 minutes trying to contact SoSuite to access our unit. The area is a bit sparse with decent places to eat and drink within walking distance.
