Price/Quality ratio is perfect

Pros: Big hotel with lot of free parkings. Rooms are quite well. Perfect equipped with all it needs. And a nice bar is also included.

The stay was better than expected

Pros: The property looked amazing, very elegant. The guest rooms were also very comfortable and the price is very competitive.

Pros: The staff were very polite and the room was clean.

Cons: I called and asked if the location had a pool and was told it did. When I arrived I asked the individual at the front desk if they had a pool and was told they did, however it was closed because it was still under construction. They then told me it would be ready in 6-8 business days. That really doesn't benefit us, given I only rented the room for a day.

Very clean, nice hotel. Great price, great location

Pros: Very clean, nice staff, very comfortable beds, great location. Right across the bridge from Harrisburg but in a very safe area

Cons: They texted us at 7:00am. Saying thanks for staying with us. The text should be sent right bfore checkout or after check out, NOT when people are trying to sleep in.

Beautiful hotel in the middle of Harrisburg

Pros: We booked this hotel at the last minute, and check-in was great! We had some trouble figuring out how to use the TV, and Jose came to our room to help us. He was so awesome and attentive to our needs, even though we arrived after his shift had ended. He greeted us with a smile, and it was clear he has a true spirit of service and genuinely loves his job. Thanks to him, our stay was wonderful — we’ll definitely be back!

Cozy clean caring staff

Pros: The staff on duty 10/11 in the evening were so helpful after a disastrous travel day. They helped our family get luggage up stairs as there weren’t any ground floor rooms & father is handicapped. Shout out to the 3!

Cons: Limited availability of rooms without needing g to use steps. Seeing a lift for the dining room made me wonder why it couldn’t be done for rooms.
