This is a nice hotel in the downtown area

Pros: The beds & pillows were very comfortable, the shower in our room was awesome, really good water pressure. The restaurant & bar were very nice

Cons: I absolutely did not like the parking garage & after you come out of the elevator to enter the hotel it was very confusing how to get to the check in desk which turned out it was on the floor below where the parking garage drops you at. When leaving the parking scan code reader couldn't make out my scan code & I had to call someone to be let out of the garage

Perfect!

Pros: Super clean, comfortable room! Hotel very well kept and the staff is absolutely amazing!! Once we found where to park (the garage) there was plenty of parking! We had booked another hotel and had to leave due to health and safety concerns, this hotel saved our trip! Phenomenal!!

Cons: Location, parking and menus were on a tablet that weren’t cleaned ( I know because 3 days later I was sick) after each use.

Pros: Front desk staff were exceptional, friendly and helpful

Cons: Billing did NOT pay attention to the notes from the front desk staff. I signed up for Hilton Honors and was told that the water in the room would be complimentary. Then I was charges over $6.00 for it.
