Great Location and Helpful Staff

Pros: The lady at reception was friendly and very helpful when my room key didn't work, within a couple of minutes someone was sent up to resolve the issue. The bed was comfy and the room was clean and spacious.

Cons: Other than the very minor issue with the room key, everything else was perfect.

Pros: Great location and more affordable than Hilton next door. We used the public parking opposite the street: 30 dollars per night but at least you have your car when you need it.

Cons: Expensive for level of service. Extremely cold in the bar area.

The stay was pleasant and I was able to complete all of my planned activities with ease.

Pros: Friendly, helpful staff, modern clean room with all the standard amenities. A great bar and restaurant. Very good breakfasts with the option of either buffet or off the menu. In close proximity to a number of museums including the main reason for my visit, The National Civil War Museum which is well worth a visit. The city also boasts some fantastic architecture and a walk around the city provides some excellent photo opportunities.

Cons: With the location being right at one end of the main bar and restaurant strip and just diagonally across from the hospital, it can be a bit noisy at times during the night. There are also some homeless people and shady individuals loitering around the streets close to the hotel. As a solo traveller I didn’t feel safe enough to venture out at night time.

Pros: The staff were very polite and helpful. The restaurant food was very good. The valet parking was great. We were very comfortable. Also the Amtrak station we used was within walking distance. Very convenient.

Pros: Staff was great and the breakfast buffet was outstanding. My room was very clean, though there was a minor issue with the tub drain falling shut while trying to shower. Would definitely stay here again.

Cons: Above mentioned tub drain, which was very minor. Otherwise all positive.

Great staff and location

Pros: Everything was absolutely perfect! Super clean and the central location made it easy to walk to all the main attractions. The reception team was wonderful especially Mariam, who went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. The valet team was attentive 24/7 even during the storm, Highly recommended!

Cons: The only small issue was that the walls aren’t very well insulated, so you can sometimes hear people in the next room.

Pros: Employee staff were accommodating and friendly. Hotel was clean and beautiful.

Cons: Breakfast is way too expensive¡!!!!
