Quality Inn Horseheads

Pros: Rooms were clean. The hallway could have used a thorough cleaning. Breakfast was adequate. I would stay there again.

Pros: The staff is very friendly, they treated us very well from the moment we arrived. They treated our baby very well. We had a little problem with the TV remote control and they kindly sent a guy who came and helped us and he was very kind too. Very good breakfast. Our 2 year old baby enjoyed it very much. It is a pleasure to have spent this stay here, I would repeat it again.

Cons: Although they have a good and varied breakfast (and very delicious), my wife could not eat the fried eggs they made for 2 days since they make pepper and she suffers from a stomach ulcer and cannot eat pepper. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Pros: A good option for a traveler. Breakfast is very decent and includes scrambled eggs and waffles and fruit. It’s comfortable to sleep if you turn off the air conditioning, then it’s quiet and cool with the window open.

Cons: The air conditioner in the room sounds like a tractor warming up. Let alone sleep, it’s difficult to talk! It cannot be used...

Pros: good breakfast, quiet, pleasant stay; only negative was the hair dryer didn't work.

Pros: Good breakfast: waffles, omelets, serial. Large eating area. The room had an arm chair with a side table.

Pros: The lady at the reception is friendly and prompt. Amd that makes the check in so much easier. Room is spacious and clean. Although breakfast spread is simple but the bacon is delicious and there is also the waffle machine. However, there is no tea bags. Dun worry, u got the coffee machine. We are located 5 mins drive to walmart, best buy etc. If u need dinner place, there is mexican food just at the accomodation. The food is yummy.

Pros: It was our first time staying at this Quality Inn and it met our expectations. Beds were very comfortable, room was clean and so was the hotel. We would happily stay here again.

Pros: Very clean. Quiet. Wonderful breakfast. Friendly staff. Great location for my visit.

Cons: The side of the tub was very high so it was a bit of a e. challenge for a short person to take a shower. It slowed me down a bit but didn't stop me. Not a big deal

Pros: It was a busy weekend in the area and we were able to get a room. that was fairly convenient to where we needed to be.

Cons: The price.

Pros: The room was clean with the exception of the mini-fridge. However, it was cleaned after notifying the front desk. The pool was clean and a nice size. We enjoyed it quite a bit. Breakfast was nice but sometimes the eggs were cold.

Cons: The bathroom was quite tiny but clean. Unless one person was in the tub/shower there was not room for 2 people.
