Pros: Accommodations were clean and comfortable. Easily accessed.
Cons: Front staff was not very attentive. We waited a while till she came to the desk. We rang the bell about 3 or 4 times. She was friendly, but not very helpful when we asked about restaurants in the area. We wondered if maybe she had hearing impairment.

Finger Lakes Get-a-Way
Pros: The room and washroom were very nicely updated. The bed was very comfy. The breakfast was good, a nice selection. The main lobby wa also nicely updated with fresh and modern decor.The clerk was friendly and accommodated oue request to be on same floor as the other family we were traveling with. The swimming pool was very clean. Close proximity to lots of restaurants and shopping, and great foe exploring the gorgeous Finger Lakes area.
Cons: The room carpets were tired and could use a change. The queen bed only had 3 pillows. They were also small, not regular size. The main stairway was in need of a good cleaning as was the stairway runner.

Stayed for NASCAR event @ Watkins Glen. Would rebook here if I return to this circuit.
Pros: Room was a good size and decor and fittings in good order - recently renovated by the looks of it in the last year or so. Hotel was quiet. Good for parking, this is charged for separately, surprisingly. Eateries aplenty including Outback Steakhouse across the road
Cons: Breakfast was not great, limited choice and not to my liking re what was available. Could do better on this, I don’t see any bacon, sausages or eggs for example.

Pros: Lovely Facilities and room, Super spacious for 2 adults and 2 teens for the night! Great location. Walkable to the mall & resturants nearby. Free parking was also a bonus! Laundry facilities were fab too!
Cons: Only little niggle was that we booked specifically for the pool and it was extremeley busy that evening

Very clean and excellent breakfast!
Pros: I loved that the hotel was close to the highway/interstate, breakfast was included, and it was very clean. The price was very good as well.
Cons: The only issue I had, which isn't really serious, is that that bed was not the most comfortable.

Property has potential if maintained well..Just about alright for a night’s stay.
Pros: The property was alright for a nights stay and had all basic facilities but the swimming pool was closed due to some technical issues. The parking was useful and overall experience was just about alright.
Cons: Swimming pool was closed and the carpets in the corridors were quite worn out. The overall maintenance needs attention. Breakfast was closed much earlier than stipulated time and most items were empty well before 9am which was a surprise for most of the guests.

Clean room, nice staff. Poor breakfast.
Pros: The staff were really nice, the place was clean, and the location was great for me. Large parking lot in front.
Cons: The breakfast was a letdown - just cornflakes, toast, and hard boiled eggs. Not even a piece of fruit, no cheese or ham, let alone bacon or sausage, no other pastry besides toast, no cereal/muesli/granola, and the orange juice was extra sweetened.
