Pros: The room was clean comfortable. When I need something from the front desk the staff is very helpful.

Cons: That we need to use credit cards in the washing machine. There is really nothing I can complain about.

Pros: Great location, close to everything, descent price

Cons: Hallways dirty, hair from previous guests or cleaning crew on the bathtub curtain, kitchen counter top white cover was bubbling up.

Pros: I love the location. The staff and other guests are all friendly. The suite was clean and comfortable and I kept rebooking my room because of it.

Pros: The staff was so amazing. We come up there every month to take care of family. We've stayed in so many places but by far this staff was exceptional. They treated us like so nice that I dont care if the place was older. Im booking again just because the staff was so nice. And I've Never been comfortable in ANY hotel. I actually slept here. It was Amazing. Thankyou!!

Cons: Only thing was I wish the company would update the rooms. Like, lighter color paint jobs and new carpet in hallways. And better shower heads. The water had no pressure. Took forever to shower. You need new towels too, please. The staff was working hard cleaning and doing laundry and exchanging. Give your guests new towels. You can afford it.

Overall it was good. The things it lacked could have been fixable.

Pros: Had good kitchen Very quiet Lots of places nearby to eat at.

Cons: No Chairs to sit on at the table. Only a desk chair and recliner. When we asked about chairs they said they didn’t have any. We had to buy them at a yard sale. Only 5 hangers in the closet for 2 people. We asked about it and they had no extras. We bought a pack at Walmart and dragged them home when we left. Ice cube trays were unusable. We turned them in, but did not get replacements. Ended up buying a bag of ice at Walmart. Left the remaining ice in the freezer. Did not want to spend so much time in Walmart.

Clean Comfort

Pros: The entire experience was very good with the exception of a high step-tub in a room designed for a handicapped patron.

Cons: The family was attending the area for a funeral. There were so many other family activities that precluded us from spending much time in the room.

Pros: Great staffing very clean place and places to eat and shop
