Pros: Clean, and quiet and the staff was friendly and professional

Cons: The front door is not ADA accommodating

Pros: How friendly the staff was. When I checked in the woman was very friendly and helpful(I forget her name,I’m sorry) and when checking out Ro was very friendly as well asking and making sure everything was good with the room.

Pros: The location, the staff was exceptional. The room had some great perks that we enjoyed (kitchenette), Laundry facilities on site, everything we needed for an intimate time together.

Cons: The tub was not made for a couple, building a Lil out dated, strange smell in the hallways.

Kind, Comfortable atmosphere and would definitely return!

Pros: Latonya, one of the managers, was really exceptional. She was very kind, patient, and had a great personality. We also met Rovena, who just got hired, was also very nice and seemed to become knowledgeable very quick. They both always said hello, good morning, have a good day, etc., while we were passing through. To me, that made our stay much more comfortable. Kindness goes a long way and Latonya & Rovena are great examples of that!

Cons: No issues at all!

Um local para descansar ficar muitos dias pode ser um problema devido a limpeza

Pros: O quarto é bem confortável com cama boa e bem equipado com microondas e geladeira.

Cons: Ar condicionado barulhento, o quarto só é limpo se você ficar mais de 14 dias, e no booking dizia que eram 7 dias, foi bem ruim essa situação. A equipe me parece desmotivada, quando vamos falar com eles estão sempre com uma cara de quem não está feliz no trabalho.

Pros: The staff was very friendly. The place was also well kept. Easy access to places near by qith an uber.

Cons: No complaints

Pros: Breakfast ould be better maybe add fruits like apples and bananas perhaps.

Cons: Not enough towels cleaned when needed

Great Stay and even though our event got rained out, the hotel was very comfortable and quiet.

Pros: Clean and great value for the money. Good location and the staff was pleasant and friendly. Hotel was quiet at night and no riff - raff. Great location to dining, downtown and close to the city. Good Spot to stay as its right off the PA turnpike as well.

Pros: Always a pleasure to stay at ESA. Having laundry facilities and free breakfast are great.

Cons: Floors needs to be cleaned/mopped better in the rooms. A new stronger detergent may be needed or the water needs to be changed continuously. The bottoms of my feet were turning black from walking barefoot after a shower.
