Pros: The room was clean, user friendly. Bed was super comfortable and linens were fresh. Property was clean and well maintained.

Everything was as expected and I will stay there in the future.

Pros: I loved the lay-out of the room. The breakfast was yummy and there was always plenty of food. The staff were friendly and talked to us. The facility was clean and well manicured. It was a pleasant stay.

Cons: I don't recall having anything I did not like.

Nice stay but on pricey side.

Pros: Easy acces to each room from outside. Kitchenette was nicely equipped. Room ready on time.

Cons: Pool not open yet! Fire pit not working until we fixed it ourself! Waffle machine broken. Tide breakfast area- it was hard to navigate if there were people on each side- should be more open

Pros: The apartment type feel, very spacious inside, smelled odd but not an issue at all. Clean bed , bathroom and kitchen.

Overall not a bad stay

Pros: The property was well kept and clean. Staff was great and value was great.

Cons: The pillows and bed weren't comfortable. The rooms didn't come with extra pillows and blankets for pull out sofa, breakfast wasn't good no fresh coffee, they setup breakfast late and still closed it at 9am which I think is early to begin with.

Willow Grove Staff made it Better...

Pros: The Staff was wonderful, the grounds were well kept, and the room was comfortable.

Cons: I didn't realize that the property didn't have elevators, and there were steep stairs to my room. Thankfully, the lovely young lady at the front desk helped me with my bags.

Nice and homey!

Pros: I liked that the room had a kitchen inside. I now know that if i am in the area for an extended stay I can bring food to not spend so much money on eating out! There was also a form in the room to fill out if you want groceries delivered to your room and cost would just be added to room which I thought was awesome. Felt homey.

Cons: I did not realize how big the property was and got dropped off at the front desk. I had to do some walking to get to my room (nice walk) but could see if being a bit of issue for anyone not as mobile or in the snow. There are parking spaces around to drive to the rooms if you have a car though!

Pros: Excellent staff, big rooms with full kitchen, and with a large bathroom. This is an exceptional location, in a quiet area, and it is close to major shopping.

Great night, great room, great price

Pros: Loved that they were little apartments. I felt like I could spend a long time in those rooms. The front desk attendant girl was very friendly.

Cons: Our door did not work properly. Got locked in and took 15 minutes to get into the room upon arrival since it was frozen shut and clearly not entered in quite some time in these climates.
