We would highly recommend this hotel for it's location, available parking, cleanliness and staff.

Pros: The location was perfect for us. We spent the day at Longwood Gardens and looked for a hotel close by to spend the night. We scanned the QR code in our room to leave a tip for housekeeping and found that to be convenient.

Cons: While we appreciate the move away from paper, a single sheet with hotel and TV information would have been helpful. Perhaps it was provided on a channel on the TV. When we located the QR code to scan for this information we chose not to use it.

Very comfortable stay, room was spacious and accomodating.

Pros: Good options, really appreciated the early morning cafe cart in the lobby for on go people who just need a cup of coffee and banana! My husband enjoyed the full breakfast option.

Cons: Would be nice if water was given to all guests, not just Hilton honors members.
