We enjoyed our stay very much.
Pros: Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. All needed amenities. Great location.
Cons: Room was not available on arrival and we weren't notified when it was ready. Had to revisit check in. As an older traveler, I felt unsteady using shower (slippery and swinging shower door). TV would cut out periodically.

had fun, executive suite stay, gambled, ate, watched some sports, great 3 days I cant wait to do it
Pros: the room was spotless, weve been there many times before pandemic and renovation, the new south tower rooms are great, ammenities are good, housekeeping was attentive to whatever we needed and the front desk staff did the best to get us into our suite in a timely fashion.
Cons: because of heavy consistent rainfall outside, we opted to eat our lunches in the food court section. 3 lunches, all three lunches mistakes were made. all were corrected but it seems some staff just dont care and making mistakes to them means nothing. mo burgers, gave my order to someone else, and I waited and waited until I was about to go up and ask why all people after me were served and as I was going up, another customer opened his lunch and it was my order. noone is paying attention, then the cooks and the cashiers argued in spanish, and I understood, thery were passing blame to each other instead of just making me a new sandwich and moving on. at the salad works place, I ordered a chicken margharita wrap and received my wrap, no chicken, too funny. another was wrong drink......look, nothing is that much of a big deal but it made us p;romise to ourselves that if windcreek is hiring morons, or Ill be less harsh, people with no english language skills who dont understand what we are4 ordering, or bottom of the barrel staff, we best eat elsewhere me and my wife both started in minimum wage jobs, my wife was a cashier at mcdonalds and I started as a stock boy, ended up purchasing 3 stores 2 that I worked at....I got my pharmacy license and was sucessfull for 35 years until I retired, and Id never tolerate help that makes mistakes constantly, customers lose confidence in them and then wont dcome back. second, its a long walk from hotel to casino, guess theres nothing can be done about that though.

Pros: Our stay well very smoothly, the check in, Valet, finding our room and finding the Event center. Everything was very easy to find. We experienced excellent customer service. We plan on returning in the near future.
Cons: No complaints.

Beautiful Hotel
Pros: We enjoyed the facilities and coupons that we got at check-in. The prices compared to other resorts with casinos were a bigt steep.
Cons: The pool was closed due to renovations.
