Clean central hotel

Pros: It was right in the center of Lancaster. Having breakfast and free parking was great

Pros: there was no free breakfast Room could have small microwave less homeless people

Pros: The location was great for exploring the city. Room good size & very clean

Cons: Thought foyer & front desk area would benefit from new carpeting/flooring. Could do with more creamer for coffees & teas.

Enjoyed our 3 nights here!

Pros: Very clean, comfortable and great location as we traveled by bus to places around Lancaster and the main bus station was in the next block.

Enjoyable few days in Lancaster with a visit to the market.

Pros: The location is very good being only 400 yds from the centre of Lancaster, we discovered the swings outside the Library on our way down to the restaurants. Breakfast was excellent.

Great location. Clean comfortable hotel.

Pros: There was no complimentary breakfast offered while we were there

Cons: The night manager was rude the first night we checked in. It was after midnight and he was not friendly at all

Cons: The way the treat the less fortunate and treating of myself was unfair. I think more training and communication is needed, and compassion for the public.
