Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square

Wonderful experience

Pros: Spacious room, very kind staff, large common areas in the lobby, and multiple dining options near the hotel

The hotel was great! Would stay there again.

Pros: We stayed at the hotel overnight for a cheer competition. The room was perfect. Close to the elevator as requested. Easy to get around.

Cons: The adults in the neighboring room were very loud past 11 pm. We had an early call. Had to be up at 4:30 am. I had trouble falling asleep. Wish Starbucks had opened early that morning. Cheer families were in the lobby before 6:00 am. Would have been nice to grab a coffee.

Enjoyable but the noise was annoying.

Pros: Did not have the breakfast- didn’t know there was one. Location was great. Beds were comfortable

Cons: It was loud. Kids running up and down the hallway for hours after midnight

I was happy to be on site at the location of the CKC Scrapbooking Convention... so easy...

Pros: The buffet breakfast was exceptional... I would expect pancakes, eggs, bacon, etc. but I did not expect bagels and lox (with added touches of capers and eggs)!! The gentleman who seated us seemed to be working alone, and he sure does put in a LOT of steps!! The shampoo and conditioner in the shower was very nice - I didn't expect such good quality in a squeeze bottle attached to the wall...

Cons: When I checked in, my parking ticket was validated - I mistakenly thought that meant I was given free parking... until I looked at my bill and saw I was charged $15 each day - plus fees... I also thought WIFI would be free...

Pros: Spacious and access to conference centre from inside hotel. Room was clean and had a view of Lancaster. Right in middle of Lancaster so easy access to bars and restaurants. The Exchange was a nice rooftop restaurant and bar Staff were helpful.

Cons: Not having a swimming pool

Overall the hotel was well kept.

Pros: Location was great. Walking distance to many area eats. The morning buffet was well worth the price.

Cons: Waiting for the elevator at times was lengthy. Garage parking though convenient was pricey, especially when your hotel ticket didn’t work.

Nice place great location

Pros: Great room love the bed in the shower. Good view of the square Starbucks on site nice bar.

Cons: Marriott ask you to link your Starbucks app to the hotel and then the Starbucks store does not take your app did not like the hours of the Starbucks Noor did they have hot food. Twin Rivers for breakfast was not our favorite due to the lack of waitresses paid for juice, never got it

We hope to do it again next year!

Pros: It was beautiful! A perfect girls weekend! So nice to go downstairs in the morning and get a Starbucks coffee and then end our evenings with dinner and drinks at Plough.

Cons: We loved everything!

We enjoyed our stay.

Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful and parking in the ramp was convenient.

Cons: Although we were in the room until later in the day before our event, our room was not cleaned or bed not made. We also had to ask for more toilet paper.
