Super comfortable hotel right outside Lancaster

Pros: The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, it seems that the sound proofing is better than other hotels. The kitchen is stocked, the hotel is very close to the shopping area, you can walk to WholeFoods.

Cons: Breakfast was mostly fast food and sugary items. No single gluten free options for people who have Celiac or intolerance. There is no actual housekeeping, only once every five days. I had several interactions with the ladies at the front desk and every time it seemed like they were doing me a favor, like when the alarm went off in the next room at 6 in the morning and I had to ask them to go and turn it off since the room was empty...

Pros: Clean, comfortable, nice breakfast, friendly staff

It was an extremely pleasurable experience for my week stay.

Pros: Breakfast was delicious every morning. The location was perfect for all major roads in and out of Lancaster.

Cons: Nothing.

Nice rooms a little overpriced.

Pros: It was clean and the pool area was very nice. The staff was also top notch.

Cons: There was no lock on the bathroom door in the room. The breakfast area was way too crowded. There was on gentleman getting plate after plate of food, loading each plate up with everything that was out for all the guests so he could take them up to his kids in their room.

Pros: Front desk lady assistant general manager I think and security giards were very nice.

Overall we were happy with our stay. I didn’t contact the staff about my air. If it got any warmer I would have.

Pros: Cleanliness and location. Overall comfortable too.

Cons: Our a/c was wonky. It worked enough to keep us pretty comfortable but the thermostat was set at 60 and it was blowing air that was just kinda cool. I like a cool room to sleep and it was ok, but certainly not 60 degrees. We couldn’t adjust it otherwise.

Pros: The property was very clean. The staff was friendly. The location was close to a lot of things we were doing in the area.

Pros: Comfortable, quiet, spacious room. Good breakfast.

Cons: Stains on carpet in room.

It’s a great hotel, and we would definitely stay here again!

Pros: The overall experience was great! It felt like a home with the room’s setup!

Cons: We wished there were more options at breakfast.
